By accessing this website or engaging GAIRUNNN (a division of APCAUS Technologies) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
GAIRUNNN provides AI-generated video advertisement production and annual marketing campaign planning services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use the delivered video content for their own marketing purposes. GAIRUNNN retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments & Taxes
All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST). Invoices are payable as per the terms stated in the proposal or agreement. Late payments may attract interest as permitted under applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
GAIRUNNN's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
